How to create a ticket request for maintenance
RSC maintenance tickets can only be put in by your deparments maintenance representative. If you do not know who that is, please ask your department supervisor.
Follow these steps to put in the ticket:
Login, while making sure the GO TO box is set to "maintenance direct"
Click on the New Work Order tab and fill it out with as many details as possible.
When done, click the save button at the bottom of the page, and that will submit the ticket.
