Adding Security to Quizzes using PoodLL Recording

The above videos will walk you through adding and completing a PoodLL question to your Moodle Quiz.

HOW TO Add a verification question:

From the Moodle Course Homepage

  1. Open an unattempted Quiz.
  2. Select Edit Quiz in the Administration Block.
  3. Select the Add button on the top right of the Quiz Edit screen.
  4. In the drop down screen, select Add a New Question.
  5. Select Question Type: PoodLL Recording.
  6. Enter Text (For Ex: In the area provided, please show your face and Sage Colleges ID in a short video to verify your participation)
  7. Select 'Video Response' in the Response Format section.
  8. Select Save Changes.
  9. Complete Quiz as desired.

Note- If you are required to ensure that this quiz is an automatically graded assessment you will need to give the PoodLL Recording a zero point grading. Otherwise, the Instructor will need to grade the question before grades can be released.
