Step 1: Create a new folder on your Desktop. Name it “H DRIVE”.

Step 2: Open a new File Explorer window and navigate to your H drive. Highlight all of the files and folders in this window. You can highlight all files and folder by pressing Control + A at the same time.

Step 3: Right click on any of the highlighted items and click “COPY”. Now navigate to the H DRIVE folder we created on the desktop in Step 1. Make sure it is open and right click on the empty area and click “PASTE”. This may take some time to copy over depending on how many folders and files you have in your H drive.

Step 4: Once all the files and folders have been copied to the new H DRIVE folder on your desktop open a new browser window and go to https://drive.google.com/drive/. You may be required to login with your Sage username and password.

Step 5: Once you are logged in, click and drag the folder named H DRIVE from your desktop into the Google Drive web page. When you drag the folder over you should see a blue notification box pop up saying “Drop files to instantly upload them to: My Drive”. Once you see that let go of the mouse button. Your folder will then begin to upload. This may take a while depending on how many files and folders are being uploaded.

In the bottom right hand corner of the Google Drive window you should see a box indicating how much time is left until the folder has been uploaded to your Sage Google Drive account.

Once the folder is fully uploaded you should see that the upload was complete.
